In others words, knowledge, skill and motivation of human resources that are put in the strategic path of an organization, secure its sustainable success.

This point has a higher priority among Iranian organizations, particularly those controlled by the government which makes up about 82% of Iran’s large and medium organizations.  This is because government organizations are now obliged by law to promote capabilities of their human resources and their productivity.
